Maintenance-free, environmentally friendly and chemical-free - water disinfection with UV-C LED
The UV-8 disinfection units in the UV-8 series are fully automatic water disinfection systems that are activated when water is drawn off and provide hygienically safe drinking water worldwide. Instead of environmentally harmful mercury lamps, they use innovative UV-C LED technology that is ready for immediate use without a warm-up phase. This ensures low power consumption, a long service life of several years and virtually maintenance-free operation without the need to change lamps.
With a flow rate of up to 8 l/min, they are ideal for applications in motorhomes, expedition vehicles, food trucks or yachts. The high-quality housings for LEDs, ballast and control unit are equipped with intelligent, watertight plug & play connections, making installation easier without specialist knowledge. Integrated function and service life monitoring ensures safe operation. With disinfection rates of up to 99.999%, the units offer effective, chemical-free drinking water disinfection for the highest safety standards.
